According to the production data before and after the combustion system transformation provided by Tangshan Jinghua, compared with the original combustion system, after using our low-nitrogen combustion system, the total output increased by 51.6%, the total gas consumption was saved by 65.2%, and the energy consumption per ton was saved by 1.5m³ of natural gas. The specific data are shown in Table 1.
In order to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the NOx emission values, Tangshan Jinghua organized and arranged a third-party testing agency to conduct testing. Two sets of data, one is the one-hour average NOx value detected using the original combustion system and denitration equipment running; the other set is the one-hour average NOx value detected after using our company's combustion system without running denitration equipment. Reduce costs:
1. After transforming the combustion system, it meets the emission standard of Nox≤30mg/m³, saving 6.3 million yuan in operation and maintenance costs for out-of-stock equipment;
2. The burner flame is stable, the furnace temperature is evenly distributed, the thermal efficiency is high, and the energy consumption is reduced. Based on an annual output of 1 million tons, it can save 3.9 million yuan in natural gas costs.

1. Actual measured NOx≤30mg/m³, the lowest Nox value can reach single digits;
